Appstore page not showing in google Results but Competitor with Similar Name

Ok following problem (maybe somebody has a suggestion because I'm out of my wits). We have an App named Hivemind and if you type in google "Hivemind app" our website is the first result. But every other link below is to an appstore of a competitor that has also an app called Hivemind. He actually appears twice in the search results and we not at all. I have the feeling that I drive a lot of organic traffic to his page which intensifies this problem. I'm especially curious why...

"Link Juice" and Reddit - is this the way?

Hey! First off: I'm by no means a SEO expert. Few days/weeks ago i posted a link on Reddit. Most of the traffic coming in was marked as "direct". How I understand this is because the reddit link to my website is a nofollow link. But some traffic came in marked as "Reddit". Approach to urls / slugs when localising a web page

I am doing a huge rehaul of our webpage, lots of new pages and urls. We're also adding a new language. Which poses a question of urls. I think it makes sense that the url language matches the content of the page, right? so /riskmanagement and /riskijuhtimine (Estonian) However now that I started localising the urls, my urls are like this: /riskmanagement /et/riskijuhtimine. So basically the difference is that the Estonian one has the language code extra. Should I a) force language code for the English language as well...

What happened to seotweets.io?

Seems it's been dead since 2022 - the */about* page says it was acquired by someone named Phil who appears to have forgotten about it. I used to find it really helpful when I started out in SEO, preferring not to have another reason to endlessly scroll or spend extra time on a mostly toxic platform. In the wake of the 'Xodus', it'd be great to have a similar product that pulled in Bluesky, too.

What can i do to recover my site rank?

Yesterday my site database crashed so google deindexed my web page. Today the site has been fixed. But there is a problem with the SEO, its not appearing on search result anymore. Need an SEO plugin just for adding meta tags

I wanted to add meta tags manually but it seems abit impractical and also can't locate the header section for each post. Looks like i have no choice but to install an seo plugin tho i want to minimize plugin (currently only litespeed). If just for the purpose of adding meta description, which seo plugin is considered the least bloated for that use case? seo framework or slim seo? Or should i use custom field plugin (less script)? Any suggestions is appreciated.

How can I set up the correct schema for my homepage? Right now, RankMath has it set as an "Article," but I want to change it to something like "WebPage." or anything that tells search engines that it's the homepage. How are you measuring the impact of Google AI Overview on your CTR?

My team is speculating that AI overview is mostly responsible for the low CTRs we are seeing on informational pages.
