"Link Juice" and Reddit - is this the way?
Hey! First off: I'm by no means a SEO expert. Few days/weeks ago i posted a link on Reddit. Most of the traffic coming in was marked as "direct". How I understand this is because the reddit link to my website is a nofollow link. But some traffic came in marked as "Reddit". Since I can post a screenshot here is what it said: **android-app://com.reddit.frontpage 317 (=Users)** Does this give "link juice"? I get quite a lot of traffic on my website, when I post on reddit but if it's not boosting my ranking, it's worthless right? Can someone please enlighten me? Should I redirect the traffic to a site wich has "do follow"-links from which I link to my website? Should I encourage the users to search for my website on google?16
