How are you measuring the impact of Google AI Overview on your CTR?

My team is speculating that AI overview is mostly responsible for the low CTRs we are seeing on informational pages. Expecting that people are receiving all the info they need from the AI overview, giving us an impression but no click on our pages. I don't expect to be able to 100% validate or invalidate this speculation, but how can I at least get a glimpse of the impact that the AI overview is having on our CTR?
