What can i do to recover my site rank?

Yesterday my site database crashed so google deindexed my web page. Today the site has been fixed. But there is a problem with the SEO, its not appearing on search result anymore. What can i do to recover it? do i have to request an indexing one by one from google search console? There is a ton of page that got deindexed by google
