Looking for a tool to semantically search a massive codebase - I will not promote

I have a million-line codebase that no one fully understands, and debugging is a nightmare. I need a tool that indexes the code, creates vector embeddings, and lets me search for relevant code using natural language (e.g., "correlation matrix plot coloring"). Ideally, it should be low/no-code to set up and have a GUI for searching. Does anything like this exist? Looking for paid or open-source options.

Why is there no global lost and found with a viable business model? "i will not promote"

This could be crowdsourced on both the lost and the found side with collaboration over time with police departments, USPS and other ubiquitous public services for dropping off/collecting lost and found items. Rewards could be offered with a fee taken by the L&F service and public service departments, great for the environment and create a lot of feel-good moments. Seems very easy to build, thoughts?
