How to get users on the phone as a college student/first time founder (I will not promote)

I’m a college student find reoccurring problems in a certain space I have zero experience in this space, Howverr if want to solve some problems My biggest issue is getting people on the phone, or to even respond to my messages. I feel like no one responds to cold personalized emails and follow ups. Linkedin not really. For founders who talked to users and solved problems what were some things that worked for you/you would recommend.

preferred method for setting up a business entity? [I will not promote]

I get that "there are so many options" and that I should "pick the one that's right for my business" ... but I don't know which incorporation strategy is right for my business. I am struggling with being consistent. I know that as a startup founder, I am supposed to do a few things everyday and that's when compounding effect will kick in. However, everyday, I am missing few important tasks. These tasks are like posting on twitter or reaching out to 5 new people on linkedin. How do you guys manage it? I see a lot of places. Even YCombinator promoting the idea that an MVP has to be some shitty thing. NO.. This is wrong.
