    Better to call the banking partner tell them the situation as you will not be able to pay as you have already paid more then the principal ask him what is the procedure of default and settle i dont think the amount will be much even if it was a pl at 20% +
    If they dont agree tell them to file civil suit against you they will back down imo and in between this if the agents aren't allowed to visit you if they do just call the police as the matter is in courts now a intervention by them is not permitted at all.
