Keep following up with Maruti on this, since they haven't responded - and definitely file a complaint with the cops. Just saying, this will also create more hassle and ruckus for you, because dealing with cops is not easy especially when the party on the other side involves someone with money (car dealer in your case). But someone showing up to my doorstep announced is outright trespassing and I would feel it's endangering the safety of my family and myself.
