    Any chance you can disconnect the door bell when at home? You may write an email to maruti customer relation with cc to the dealership. describe the accident in short, but describe the unprofessional behavior, with specific emphasis on intrusion of privacy in detail. if possible take a photograph of the salesperson and his id card next visit and attach them with email. Definitely write about police recourse as well as consumer court in the email. Ask them to send any correspondence strictly via email and set a timeline to respond to your email.
    Most probably they will send a generic response to your email stating that they will get back shortly. If possible call the helpline after email and let them know the same, while recording the call. Go to the police only if there is no response and the drama continues after this. this way you will have a strong case from your side that you recorded everything and the dealership did not. You can also apply to consumer court online. upload these email correspondence and share the file number as a reply to the email that you had previously sent.
