Has anyone used AI Tools for Solution Design and Architecture (I will not promote)

I am currently early stages of starting a tech product business. I am hoping to be able to do as much as possible before involving anyone else from a technical perspective. My background is product/tech consulting, and I would consider myself technical-enough to ask the right questions, and be able to decipher whether something makes sense or not. What I am looking for is a tool that would provide me high-level architecture and a solution after a bit of prompting... essentially looking for a CTO type of tool. Any help or recommendations are greatly appreciated.
