Is Park town open for local trains?

Vanakkam makkale, I'm visiting some friends near Guduvanchery and wanted to ask the people of Chennai for commute suggestions. Quick Google search said I should look for chengalpattu train. 1. I'll be reaching Chennai via Central, around mid day. 2. Is Park town running local trains? Last time I visited Chennai (about 6 months ago), it was closed for maintenance. 3. Basically what the title says. I am trying to get ADHD diagnosis as a 31F. Has anyone have experience being diagnosed for adhd as an adult in Chennai and how did it go? Political situation in india

We should have term limits and age limits for our governance. No chief minister should be able to get more than two terms and that must also include the immediate family members. How are we so okay with one family ruling us for three generations and already preparing the fourth. We're not living in a monarchy. We're a democracy for godsake.
