Advice on marriage

Hi All, Bit of background. I'm 29 my Sister is 35. Both our parents passed and I'm trying to help get my sister get married. I am a work at home Marketing professional and my sister teaches in a school. I haven't got the slightest idea on how to help my sister get married. I've heard horror stories of [Shaadi.com](http://Shaadi.com) and christian matrimony (Yes we are also Protestant Christians) I want to know if anyone has had any experiences and if anyone can tell me what to expect when trying to find a suitor? Any inputs or help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
