Cockroach, worm in hostel food

Hi people! Same hostel story. Today we found a cockroach in our poriyal. And 2 days before it was a worm in avaraikaai kootu. I heard that someone else also complained about an insect in pulaav. How can we complaint about this? And it is the same hostel that raised the rent for QUALITY.
