Mandhi Manzil have heavy oily mandhi. I even got gross smelly chicken (Normal chicken mandhi) once and had to ditch it half-way. I suggest Burj-Al Mandi but they don't have enough branches near Kazhakkuttom side.

I think you should escalate this to a zonal manager, if this isnt working let the x handle it, just tag some of the guys there and customer service guys, this will resolve in no time
