How reliable are the mental health workers and the anonymous feedback and complaints chatboxes/phonelines in corporate companies? Can they be trusted? I ask because I've recently joined a new company in Bangalore and I've noticed that there is a lot of emphasis on mental health. We often have sessions about it and some of the employees (usually in the managerial/team lead/trainer level) are assigned mental health care worker/counsellor responsibilities. So in case you are stressed out as an employee, you can approach some of them for "help". But.... I'm suspicious about how well this actually works out.
