How do i overcome loneliness ?

I don't have many friends with whom I can talk about anything without being judged. I just study most of the time, play with my pet, or lie on my bed. I can't talk to my parents about everything; they're so judgmental. Sometimes I watch movies, but bad endings leave me with a sense of emptiness. I'm just writing this here to feel lighter. How do Muslims justify the destruction of the places of worship of polytheists?

Since India has lots of Muslims, I am asking this here to understand what their point of view on this is. Muhammad famously destroyed the place of worship of polytheists. There is long history of Muslims destroying places of worship (Somnath fo example) or taking it over and turning into a mosque (Hagia Sophia for example).
