Why is it hard for freshers to get a job why are we paid less 😡

One time in Pune airport when I requested the policeman on duty to maintain a queue while boarding he came on to me. Happily married folks of this sub, what does your husband do frequently to make you feel loved and special?

I'm in a marriage that is slowly crumbling. (35M) We've been in couple therapy ,but it didn't help beyond a point. It did help us to be more aware of the underlying issues and patterns though.
