Seeking 1BHK for Rent in Thane

I'm searching for a 1BHK apartment for rent from April in areas like Vasant Vihar, Tulsi Dham, Dhokali, or somewhere near Kapurbawdi. My budget is ₹18-20k per month. If anyone has a lead or knows someone renting out a place, please let me know! I'd really appreciate any help.

What’s that burning smell?

I know it may sound ridiculous but what exactly is that burning smell in thane? I live in manpada and it smells like burnt wiring. It’s making it hard to breathe. Middle of the night as well. I checked around me and things seem fine.

I bought a 2BHK in year 2021 tulip and recently found out that floor 1 to floor 18 has MHADA alloted flats in it. I paid 1.20 CR in 2021 and EMIs still ongoing possession likely early next year. I checked with their service reps and even though the land was clear they also did not know why 18 flats are being alloted to MHADA. I’m not sure how the crowd is going to be now and am worried if I should move with my kids there or not,...
