In kasheli how much rent, places near metro st in next few years?

There's this new buildings are constructed near kasheli metro station, what do you thing the rent would look like in next one year? The prices for homes are like 20 30 lacs, any idea how much it can go up in one two or even in coming 5 years, I am new to this place so need help.

Visited Gaimukh Chowpatty after ages, and my god, it’s absolutely beautiful! The peaceful vibes, cleanliness, and how well-maintained it is make it even better. Plus, there’s plenty of parking space too. It’s a bit far, but totally worth it. Truly an underrated gem of a place!!

Any place for practicing drumming?

Is there any place in Thane where I can practice drumming, tutored or on my own (would prefer the latter). I'm looking to practice an hour or two a week. I don't own a drum set or the place/studio has to have one. I'm not looking to jam or something currently since my skills are not upto the mark.

Need urgent help regarding mediclaim

My friend is currently admitted and the bill has crossed 7.5lakhs. She has coverage upto 6lakhs from Oriental. And later she has to get an injection every month that costs 23k. I have 2 questions, Is there any way we can extend existing plan with special conditions citing emergency, or if we can take top up for post surgery expenses? Hi. Should I invest in Lodha Signet?Has anyone invested already or any reviews? They are currently charging 1.3 cr for 358 sq ft on 17th floor. Is this a good investment? Possession is in July 2026. They are also claiming that rent would be around 60k per month for 358 sq ft.

Hi all, I've been looking for some female friendly bar that is reasonably priced so that I can go there with my wife. I stay near tikujiniwadi and Rajesh Garden is my go to place.
