Need help with college

Hi I'm 21M, currently studying applied statistics and data analytics from MIT-WPU. My professor has decided that we need to do a MOOC course or any course with certificate, I'm not able to find any courses that are offering a certificate, does anyone over here know a method where I can procure a certificate or a way I can get free courses with certification. Also to note, college is not at all offering any paid subscription to any websites and want us to pay out of our own pockets...

How authentic and trustworthy are these "part time jobs"

I'm a student, been in pune my whole life and lately I feel that I should be earning some extra money on the side. I'm currently associated with an organisation since I started college and have been working on multiple projects. The only thing is that I'm not being paid BUT have developed a good CV due to the kind of work I'm doing. I don't need to spend anything from my own pocket, funding for projects comes from the higher ups I've been getting a lot of ads...

Ironically, with all the tests, the doc asked me for a personal talk, and he said that I have 3rd stage cancer and I need to make a decision soon. He said if I don’t act upon it soon like chemotherapy, I have at last a year to live but I believe it’s ironic how I wanted to die and God himself called me. I don’t want to die like a rat but...
