    Places around Agartala airport

Hello! I have short layover of about 2 hours at the Agartala airport. Was wondering if I there was anything I could do near the airport to make the most of it. Maybe a nice place to try out some regional cuisine or any other tourist attractions?

Help me choose between Meghalaya and Nagaland.

I have been asked to relocate for work purpose. Please help me understand which state would be better for me. Considering factors like language (can only speak english and hindi), food (non vegetarian) and racism (brown guy from central India). My job will be requiring a lot of interaction with locals so language is a particularly important factor. I apologise in advance if this question is a repeated one, I tried searching in this sub but could not find accurate answers. Thank you.

Mizoram deserves a lot of appreciation for such rapid improvement in healthcare. It's comparable to Scandinavia in this statistic

Can Mizos here chime in and inform us about what steps were taken? Are they satisfied with their healthcare? What about other NE states?

Few days ago, Muslim extremist surrounded the building of NCTB to remove the “Adibashi” word from class 9 -10 books . Afterwards, CHT indigenous students came to Motijheel to protest the removal of the word and to demand the right to be recognised as the indigenous of Hill tracts. They were promptly attacked by these terrorist today. (the ones holding the stick pole)

The Northeastern people should be learning more about Mainland SEA history e.g. Nanzhao, Pagan, Mao Shan, Pyu states, Konbaung etc

The mainland SEA states like Nanzhao, Pagan, Mao Shan, Pyu as well as Tibetan states like Qiang or even the Tangut state are extremely relevant to the origin, history and identity of Northeastern people. But we never learn of their history and instead study empires like Cholas or Vijayanagar etc. I doubt most school kids even know about the Burmese invasions which changed the fate and destiny of NE people.
