Question about reporting illegal people on foothpath. I came across a post where someone asked how to anonymously report to BMC. And 1 comment had a site in it. I want to make a complaint about some homeless people living on a very wide footpath who have somehow manage to occupy the whole footpath making it bit unpleasant for pedestrians to reach the metro station.
