Trying to run Quicktime 7 for an Interactive Game I've been troubleshooting over the past couple of days trying to run a Quicktime 7 interactive game. Does anyone have any advice? I've tried running a Windows version of Quicktime 7 through my trusted emulator, Whisky. After installation, the software says I need to download "Apple Application Support" (which is included in the installer on the Apple website), so it won't open any files. I've also tried running it through VLC media player, but it doesn't support the file's interactive aspects. Let me know if anyone has any good... 4 1 replies
How to work with multiple spaces on macOS? Any tricks? I tried to build my multi-spaces workflow in linux&windows. But macOS has really confused me. Dock is not helpful at all in this case, it doesn't hide apps that don't belong to the current space, nor show any information about which window belongs to which space. Same by cmd+tap, I used "AltTap", it does help a bit. I've tried Stage Manager and like the concept. It doesn't work well with multi monitors. Any way to hide completed reminders in the Calendar app? There's an option to easily do this in the iOS Calendar app, but I'm struggling to find anything similar in the MacOS Calendar app. I like having my reminders show in my Calendar, but it appears my only options are "Show all reminders, including completed ones," or "Hide all reminders." Safari — Strange Pointer to Link issue Over the past week or so my Safari browser is acting odd when clicking on link or when cut and paste. It is almost like the click area for a link is very small compared to what it has been in the past. Trying to place pointer for a cut-and-paste is more difficult.
