Today I got a street light fixed within 24 hours by BBMP There was a street light infront of my house which was not working from 1 week. So I decided to call 1533. They asked me my name, my address and my ward number. There are only two options tho. Kannada and English. I am a kannadiga so I had no problem. Well. I thought they won't fix my problems.
