A cab driver almost crushed my leg today. I was going with my wife at hinjewadi maan road on my two wheeler I slowed down at the speed breaker when suddenly a fast moving cab almost crashed into my bike. He then accelerated and left tyre of the cab touched my leg. I stopped him a few metres ahead reminded him of his mistake and called him bewakoof(dumb). Saw Someone Jump Was travelling from Chandani Chowk towards Katraj. Saw a small commotion after crossing Chandani Chowk (back side of Left Bhusari Colony), a guy with black shirt sitting on the highway boundary, and within a split second, he jumped. Mugging/Robbery on Baner tekdi I was at Tukai Mata mandir today at 5 PM. There were some police at its base. At first it seemed like mothing was happening. But at around 5.50 PM Police in civil started whistling & ordering people to get off the tekdi as they were closing tekdi after 6.00 PM. When asked they said a mugging had happened where someone’s chain was snatched. Also mandir started making announcements regarding the same. Pune IT Market is Saturated? Lately, I've been seeing a lot of new corporate buildings getting inaugurated but even with very reputed workspace providers like SmartWorks and WeWork, offices are mostly vacant. Those occupied are occupied by very small scale companies. Apart from old occupied buildings, most buildings I see around Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi are empty. Very few new companies have come in recent years and lot of them seem to have stopped the expansion here.
