Why don’t Pune two wheeler users use earphones while riding instead of holding phone between head and shoulders!! I daily commute on Sinhagad road and see such riders who are hell bent on riding recklessly without a single thought towards own as well as others’ safety holding phones between their ears and shoulders!!
