A guy claiming to be from municipality came to house: scam? Basically the title. Guy came carrying a register having PCMC name. He wasn't asking for any money, and just asked name and number, the register had written Pimpri Chinchwad Mahanagar palika, Das nirmulan (mosquito control). That's about it. He came at 9:30am, I was just out of sleep. (I slept late). So just gave name and number and a sign. Maybe it could be some petition, posing as PCMC person.
