Amazon Missing Deliveries Hi. Since last couple of months, observing this serious concern with Amazon deliveries in Pune. Parcels are marked as delivered late in the night and then they never appear at your doorstep. Earlier to meet the deadline, delivery folks would mark it as delivered but atleast deliver the next day. Now, it has become such a huge hassle following up with customer care for refund or reattempt. Customer care also expects you to wait for 3-4 days before tickets are opened for refunds.
