Urgent help needed My friend lost his wallet today. He believes somewhere near SGS mall. His phone and wallet were in the same pocket so it’s more plausible he dropped it while taking his phone out. What should he do? Should he file a police complaint regarding this? Need some advice and help if possible. They were actively noting down the registration numbers of passing bikes and cars on their phones. Their behavior seemed highly suspicious and alarming. Regarding Car driving license. I know this has been asked multiple times. I hope someone has answers for my queries. I already have a learning license and I strictly drive an automatic. Do you know any schools which offer permanent DL without visiting RTO? I say this as central government started something which allowed private schools to issue licenses after completing some of their own tests.
