Is it safe to travel from noida to haridwar at night on bike ?

Please help guyss!! I have been living in noida from past 1 year. Next month few days before Holi I plan to visit haridwar. Most probably I rent a bike from noida and then ride all the way to haridwar maybe at midnight. Please guide me with few things 1) is it safe to ride at night ? 2) what route should I take ?

Some people are really brainless and cutting trees for no reason

Isn’t there a proper law against cutting down trees in residential areas? I was visiting sector 15 and saw this one house, the owner has cut down two entire tall green trees. The house is in an abysmal condition and there is no maintenance done very clearly but they HAD to cut down TWO grown trees to make space for what!? Shouldn’t this be reported!
