Why are ALL dharmashastras so misogynist and casteist

Why are all the dharma shastras so violently casteist and misogynist? Not asking out of spite but I recently read the Yajnavalkya smriti, as an alternative to Manu Smriti, and it was almost as violent and patriarchal. Women are restricted within their homes (pg 101,177,or in Manu 5.148) and polygamy is allowed (1pg 78). And most importantly, Sati is glorified in Vishnu smriti! How do you pray to wish ill upon someone

I found out recently that an individual in my community has been committing horrific crimes. I am afraid of their retaliation. What rituals can I do so that they receive their karmic justice? I am thinking of kaali puja but am not sure which one to complete.

if nataraj swamy , shiv linga and ardhanareshwara all shiv ji statue or point of focus have maa durga then why not all the maa durga statue have shiv ji ??

isnt it unfair that all shiv ji related things are ardhnareshwara but not all maa paravti related things are ardhnareshwara

Do you think attaining liberation (Mokṣa) is the best way to remove suffering?

A couple months ago, someone told me it's better to get therapy before doing spiritual practices. She said therapy can help remove my trauma. She had a Master's in psychology, but she wasn't a psychologist or therapist. I told her I went to therapy for over a year in 2023. Right now, I'm taking a break from therapy. Hi. I am a devotee of Maa Kaali and I want to recite a Kaali Kavacham for protection from negative energies, enemies, basically the black magic things that are going on nowadays. I am not affected by anything curently but I just want to protect myself from it and hence I want to recite Maa Kaali's kavacham daily for the same.
