Anyone pursuing online MBA from IGNOU

As title suggest I am trying to connect with people pursuing MBA from IGNOU, I have enrolled this year and as I rightly thought choosing IGNOU is going to be a bumpy ride but since I am working full time the IGNOU timeline suited my schedule. Wondering if anyone else has also enrolled it will be good to connect.

So I was at this grocery store and there was this teenage girl with a kid in her arms sitting outside. She asked me to buy her a packet of milk. The shopkeeper told me not to do that because she just sits there whole day but I felt that since she isn't asking for money, some milk will be definitely good option. How to get birth certificate?

I was born on XX September 1997 in Sonipat, Haryana. However, my parents were unaware that they needed to register my birth, so I don't have a birth certificate. Does anyone know the procedure to obtain a birth certificate in such a case?
