Settl is a BIG SCAM Horrible and traumatic experience with Settl. I honestly don’t understand how the company is functioning. The sales team creates a sense of urgency and doesn’t give you correct info. Once the sale is done, my sales rep, Somenath Mukherjee, never bothered receiving my call and living upto his word. He’s clearly a fraud. The customer support only supports the company and is extremely rude and useless. The only lifeline they have is there’s no written proof. Word of Caution against buying Cult sports membership. Don't go for Cult memberships for play. Especially around Sector 43. They have oversold subscription without increasing capacity. Still keep selling by alloting slots for trial only. You'll only be allowed to book 3 days in advance, and if not quick (think tatkal) important slots will be gone. If you have a day job, going to be super difficult. Also mis selling on heated pools. They close down the bigger pools. finally.. high blood pressure I am 38, and I measured my BP (just generally) and it was 140/88. To be honest, I have always had normal BP. I constantly checked it last 3 months and today I have reached 148/92. Now I'm wondering how to manage this, and should I head to a doctor. Any tips to naturally reduce BP? How long does it take?
