Why do HR ghost and don’t reply or pick up the call ? I cleared 1st round in a company and i was informed that i have cleared my 1st round and 2nd round will be a virtual round with CFO. Its been weeks but i have not heard anything from the HR. Even my whatsapp messages are unread from 2 days. And this is really not my 1st time that HR has ignored me.
