finally.. high blood pressure I am 38, and I measured my BP (just generally) and it was 140/88. To be honest, I have always had normal BP. I constantly checked it last 3 months and today I have reached 148/92. Now I'm wondering how to manage this, and should I head to a doctor. Any tips to naturally reduce BP? How long does it take? OP went for Interstellar at PVR Ambience IMAX and underwhelmed I was expecting a true IMAX experience, but it turned out to be a glorified mini IMAX. Hard to believe that a city like Gurgaon still doesn’t have a proper IMAX theater. 2 9 replies
