Heights of incompetence- Birth registration Basic office staff are so careless, despite writing the forms ourselves correctly in block letters and cross-checking it twice before it goes for sub registrar signature- they have managed to screw up the final certificate by changing the HOSPITAL NAME TO HOSPICIO(instead of the actual one)!
