Roommate keep moving into my bed I recently moved into rented house between me my friend and his co worker. We all sleep in the same room, my friend has his own mattress. Me and his co worker share a single mattress for two people left by the owner. The co worker keeps moving into my side of the bed even though he has plenty of space on his side. Chennai's Dying Infrastructure apart from Metro. Has there been any development in your place in the last 10 years? Chennai's Infrastructure has seen a down hill or has been stagnant. Between 2000-2010 we saw bridges came up which eased congestions. I am Chennaite ever since. Not a brahmin or a BJP supporter. But its really sad to see that Chennai has seen a huge downfall since the mid 2010s. The Teynampet-Saidapet Bridge is a game changer but it's been 3 years since and the construction has been so slow that it might take another 6-7 years for it be functional. Token Advance - Legal Understanding Paid 30k as token advance through GPay for a place I was planning to move in and backed out the same day. Yes, stupid decision. 🤦🏽♂️ We have email communication regarding the token advance payment and no formal agreement for the token advance, hence no refundable/non refundable agreement. The owner/broker now wants to refund only 20k. Is there any legal obligation for them to refund the complete amount as there is no formal agreement stating it’s non-refundable? 4 0 replies
