Flat unregistered from Nov 2024

Are flats in Bengaluru not getting registered because of the e-khata rules? Or is my builder just using this an excuse? The building has been given an e-khata but they're saying the bifurcation rules are not clear and so the property cant be registered. I thought bifurcation of khata happens AFTER registration.Has that changed? I have tried calling ROs from every ward and visiting BangaloreOne and nobody has an answer for me.This whole business has left me very frustrated and confused. Any advice appreciated.

Can residential property be used as a playground in Bangalore?

Earlier I had posted about an apartment converting a 30\*40 site into a playground. Rubble Trouble: dumping around rubble is so common. What can be done?

Wherever there’s abandoned construction rubble or neglected corners in the city, it’s inevitably become garbage dumping sites. Looking for a gated society before my baby moves to Bangalore

Hello lovely people of Bangalore, I’m looking to move into a gated society before my baby arrives in Bangalore around May 2025. He will be 6M by then. Currently staying near ORR in a standalone apartment, it’s way too dusty, crowded, and lacks amenities or open space for walks and leisure. I work in ETV, Kadubeesanahalli, so I’d prefer a place within 10 km from my office. Looking for a 2BHK in a gated community with basic amenities, ample space for evening walks, and better air quality (less dust)....
