2.1L alcohol - problem at bangalore customs?

I am being paranoid but I am travelling to bangalore KIA from Germany via abu dhabi next week. I am carrying 3 x 700ml bottles of whiskey. Basically 100 ml over the 2L international limit. Is this going to be an issue? Its T2 that I am arriving at.

What time should I leave to ensure I reach the airport on time?

My flight is at 16:50 today. I am planning to leave for the airport between 12:00 and 12:30 noon so that I can reach the airport by 14:00 or 14:30. I will be leaving from Kalyan Nagar bus stop. Is this enough time, or should I leave before 12:00 noon?
