People selling electronics on the road at discount?

Lately, I've been seeing people just approaching you on the sidewalk and selling electronics item which are sealed at discount? Recently, one man tried to sell me ipods which took me aback. Why? Happened to me multiple times. Is there anyone who bought or this a scam?

Why is everyone in a hurry on road ?

Saw an auto and a car fighting near Koramangala over road rage due to honking. I don’t understand the upside of saving 1–2 minutes. Let’s assume the GDP per capita is roughly ₹4 lakh. Minutes in a year = 5.25 lakh. The value of a minute is 75 paise. Think wisely. Live safe and peacefully.

I’ve been trying to buy a property in Bangalore for personal use for a few years now. Initially, I thought a budget of 70–80 lakhs would suffice, but then Covid hit, and the prices just skyrocketed.
