If you have no idea how to ride a gear bike get a used commuter learn on it. If you know what you're doing then go for duke 250 or vitpilen 250. Ride that around, put some kilometers on it. Once you feel like you've outgrown the bike then get a 390. 390s are not beginner friendly bikes.

Most NE don't think about the things said on this sub but if presented with the opportunity they would side with the xenophobic and racist things, at very least entertaining the ideas. However they would rarely result in some negative action or behaviour. You're more likely to meet friendly and welcoming NE denizens than outright caricatures of this sub. Society and culture are all secondary.
