4) The weather is great, nothing special to be done except having your usual heaters/ACs. Well balanced, we get all seasons, winters monsoons summers, and none too extreme (maybe the summers are).

5) You are hopefully going to love the city, like we all do. It's a peaceful place, meant for relaxing and walking and having good food. You can plan a trip to Kasauli on the weekend. Visit the Lake, Rose garden, Rock garden, sector 17, Elante mall. Das all

There is a thela called Chatkara in Noida, near Sector 20, I think. It is located on the road between Bal Bharti towards DM Chowk, just after crossing the Sector 21/25 red light. I personally really like theirs. Opposite Sector 26.

As you just graduated you will have opt for 3 years use them and say you dont need sponsorship to do a job, Just submit for all positions not just which does sponsorship. unfortunately the market is very bad and you cant help it, But all you can do it work on securing some certificates related to your skill and hire a carrer couch who can work on you resume and linkedin- this will cost you money. Make you skills talk during interview and make sure even if you get one or two interview you need to crack them as getting more will be very hard in the present job market.
