Are electric grids really ready to handle all extra load of cars, plus there is barely any proper parking in bombay how do u expect people to charge without any major hassle, most apartments barely have proper parking facilities, most importantly power cuts and traffic is fairly common in mumbai, what if there is a power loss or traffic jam that lasts so long that that battery is already dead, for gas run cars it's pretty easily to fill in even stranded on road. I think at this point, Tier 2 cities are better suited for EVs than Indian metros due to open spaces, better parking availability, low population, and low burden on electric grids.

OP , from your comments I take that you are expecting that you need to be charged only 14 carat gold per gram rate z58%x 4.3 . I understand your confusion but they have charged correctly . For example if this 24 carat gold it will be charged 8000x4.3 , but this is 14 carat gold and so the calculation is 8000x0.58x4.3 which is the bill
