Ramnagar: जिम कॉर्बेट नेशनल पार्क से सटे ग्रामीण इलाकों में बाघ के लगातार हो रहे हमलों से आक्रोशित लोगों ने जब वन विभाग के खिलाफ सड़क पर उतरकर प्रदर्शन किया. प्रशासन ने इसे कानून-व्यवस्था का मुद्दा बनाकर उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया. इतना ही नहीं, क्षेत्र में धारा 144 लागू कर दी गई ।

देवाल रेंज ( बमेटिया ) : उतराखण्ड में देशीयों को बसाने और भारत की स्वतंत्रता से पूर्व से रह रहे पहाडियों को बेदखल करने का कार्य भाजपा 🪷 सरकार के नेत्रत्व मे जोरों- सोरो से किया जा रहा है , चोपता में पहाडियों ने अपने आप स्रोत खोए और बमेटिया ने अपने घर खोने को हैं , शयद यही अच्छे दिन हैं ।

Hi everyone, I'm currently researching the Uttarakhand statehood movement and its post-statehood political challenges. I’m looking for a copy of Shekhar Pathak’s paper, "Beyond an Autonomous State: Background and Preliminary Analysis of Uttarakhand Movement," published in the Proceedings of the Indian History Congress, Vol. 60 (1999). I've checked JSTOR, institutional repositories, and libraries but haven't been able to find it online for free. If anyone has access to this paper or can guide me on where to find it, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!
