Moving to West Thane as NRI

Background. My mom and I are moving to west Thane, hopefully by April. I only know English unfortunately, as I have not lived around many Indians here. Is Excitel Fibre closing down it's operations in thane? A few days back I had been facing several disconnection issues with Excitel in my locality. As per the local service provider he mentions that Excitel is closing down it's operations hence the issue. As the title says. Has anyone donated blood to a blood bank around here? I'm preferably looking for those blood banks that give blood to patients at nominal amount/for free. Any leads would be appreciated! I did search for blood banks on Google Maps and and found Triumph Blood Bank, and the page says that is a joint initiative between TMC and Lions club and gives blood to Thalassemia patients for free. However, the last review is about a year old, and I couldn't find reviews pertaining to Blood...
