How to find apartments without paying brokerage?

Looking for a 2BHK flat for rent under 35k, preferably around the Hiranandani Estate area. I’d prefer not to move into an older building (preferably under 8-10 years old). Areas outside the estate are fine too. I’d love to get your recommendations for apartments, societies, and areas, as well as tips on how to find an apartment here without having to pay brokerage.

Looking for a blood bank to donate blood

As the title says. Has anyone donated blood to a blood bank around here? I'm preferably looking for those blood banks that give blood to patients at nominal amount/for free. Any leads would be appreciated! I did search for blood banks on Google Maps and and found Triumph Blood Bank, and the page says that is a joint initiative between TMC and Lions club and gives blood to Thalassemia patients for free.
