A few things I’d like to know: Construction quality & maintenance – Are there any recurring issues with plumbing, electricity, or other structural aspects? Society management – Is it well-managed? Any complaints about security, maintenance, or other facilities? Parking situation – Is there enough parking, or is it a struggle? Water supply & electricity – Any issues with water cuts or power outages? Noise levels & neighbors – Is the society peaceful, or are there issues like noisy neighbors, loud events, etc.? Rental vs. Ownership ratio – Is it mostly end-users or rented out to tenants? Resale & price trends – How has the property appreciated over the years? Would this be a good investment?
