Please Help! How can I get my sister's Birth Certificate edited in order to add her father's name next to her name?

So, her school is asking for her Aadhaar card with her father's name written next to her name, like (her name) (her father's name) (her surname). When I visited the Aadhaar Seva Kendra, the guy there told me to get her name changed to that format in Birth Certificate with her father's name next to her name. What would I have to do for that? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thankyou. Ps:- I am just a teen and live alone with my mother and little sister.

I have been in Surat for like 7 months now and I have never met any foreigner and would like to meet some as I am a foreigner as well. I have been to big places like VR mall, Dumas beach, linear bus station, railway station and haven't never encountered anyone. How do I get to meet some foreigners?
