Hello Guys, I want to present something related to my experience in stock market. So lets begin. I am 25 now and got to learn about market in 2022. How for this I first tell you about one guy. There was one guy whom I was friend since interschool. He was from biology and i am from Maths. So we were not friends till school end. We met from a common group where some of my friend started YouTube channel. He shares something common with me and that was...

    Market on Jan 1, 2025

Let's hope Mr Market is kind to us this year and helps us make good 💰. US markets had a weak session yesterday. All the 3 indices closed in red. Futures are also weak. US 10Y Bond Yield is at 4.5%. Brent Oil is at 74$. Dollar Index crosses 108. This is concerning. Asian markets are closed today. Overall global sentiment looks weak. The last time we saw such a spike in the Dollar Index was in 2022. Nifty was also weak around that time. I see a similar...

Reddit community, need your help. My husband has a full-time job but more often he doesn't go to work and sits on his laptop watching stocks. To make matterz worse we are living in different cities. The mood swings are worse than a women pms and I also understood from my friend that he has taken loan from few of his colleagues. This is having negative effect on the marriage and finances. Has anyone come across similar situation.

You are not a fund manager. Don't behave like one.

You don't have to chase hot stocks. You don't have to restrict yourself to blue chips. You don't have to compete with the smartest money managers in the country. Do you believe your options are as limited as those of someone managing ₹10,000 crore? Fund managers often end up overpaying for popular stocks because their choices are limited, and everyone else is vying for those shares. The **universe of opportunities** is incredibly vast for a retail investor. Explore areas of the market and stocks **overlooked** by the giants. Leverage...

Gold held by Indian women! Is it of any use?

I’ve been reading a lot today about how Indian women hold an immense amount of gold. It made me wonder – does this actually help the economy in any way? From what I understand, most of this gold sits in cupboards and is only taken out for special occasions or emergencies. So, in a way, it feels like a non-productive asset. But I’ve also heard about gold loans and schemes like Sovereign Gold Bonds that supposedly channel this gold into the economy. Still, I can’t help but think –...

    First step into investing

I'm 21 rn...and I'd want to start an SIP of 2k/pm (way too low) but yes..in about 2-3 yrs I'll be receiving my medical intern stipend from which around 5-10k can be added on to the sip. My basic idea as of now is invest 80% in Mutual funds 1 index fund 1 mid cap and 1 small cap (30-30-40) And 10% in a gold bond and the other 10% in crypto. 8 out of 10 posts in social media platforms like X, reddit, etc are doomsday prediction now a days. Can you guys relax a bit. This type of pessimism I saw in 2022 when almost everyone were saying that Nifty touching 8000 again.

Even if nifty fall 10% from here then it will be around 21000, mid and small cap may fall little more but again, everything depend on budget day, Mr Rump tariffs, FED commentary on 9 Jan, and RBI decision on rate cut unless something unexpected happen like DTC being implemented otherwise almost all things are pretty much expected.

2024’s Final Day: A Mixed Bag for Indian Stock Market

As 2024 ends, the Indian stock market shows mixed results. Some stocks are closing strong, while others are facing losses. Adani Enterprises is up today, boosted by good news on new projects. TCS is performing well with strong IT growth. Reliance Industries remains steady, thanks to its telecom and retail business. Bharti Airtel is gaining with excitement around 5G.On the flip side, ICICI Bank dropped due to concerns about rising interest rates. Hindustan Unilever fell after profit-taking. L&T declined after weak results in infrastructure. HDFC Ltd. dropped with worries...
