About Waya (and other similar ) app in this corrective phase There is one app called Waya which provides short term stock recommendations and multibagger calls. I personally do not use this one and sometime back when I had seen their website they boasted of giving ~60% successful target achievements. That time I thought that it might be because of the bull run of markets. Now the market is in the correction mode, I want to know what is their performance. If someone is aware please comment. If you are aware of other similar apps, please answer for the same... 3 2 replies
Question about taking delivery of shares for sold put option I hv a question about selling a put option and taking delivery of shares. For example, I want to buy M&M stock at ₹2900 (current market price: ₹3085). So I sell a PUT option with a ₹2900 strike price and collect certain premium. If share price falls to ₹2900 or lower by expiry date, will I automatically receive the shares at ₹2900? Also if stock keeps dropping below ₹2900 do I need to worry about extra costs or adjustments due to changes in the premium? If i am correct,... 2 0 replies
Should I withdraw sip for booking returns and rebalancing? So around 80% of my corpus is invested in one mid cap fund,, which has given me good returns over the last 7 years. At this point, every other day, my fund is eroding by 1-2% but I still have returns of around 12% left. I have already covered my LTGS of 1.25 for this year and reinvested, so any other return booking would have a tax liability. This particular fund also has a high 1.5% ER because at the time I had invested using my bank. Given the... 2 1 replies
Precise Market Prediction I see a lot of people here are panicked and not so sure about the market. Let me give you a clear blue print so you don't: Most of the big investors are waiting for Modi and Trump meeting before entering or exiting the market. Scenario 1: If the meeting went well or much better than expected (modi hai to mumkin hai). Entire market will shoot up. Current low / support is expected to be 22,648.40 Scenario 2: If the meeting went below average or worse where Trump convinced... 5 0 replies
From Where to understand basics? I really want to understand the stock market, but finding the right resource has been a struggle. Either everything is behind a paywall, or the free content is too scattered and confusing. I have a basic understanding, but I need a structured approach to go deeper. YouTube has tons of videos, but they all go in different directions—some focus on technical analysis, some on fundamentals, and some just create hype. I’m looking for a solid, beginner-friendly free resource that explains things step by step. If anyone has a genuine... 5 0 replies

A reply to "Guys This Isn't COVID It's A Different Kind of Market Despair" This is an extensive reply to the OP of the previous post and the additional information that they provided in the comments. If you have the time then please read the entire thing, I think it has some very valuable information for a lot of people who might be in similar fear. This is not me trying to roast or degrade the OP in any manner. I may have been blunt in some of the points however I think it's better to be upfront than to sugarcoat. I would... 4 5 replies
Market Turnaround Analysis - 1990 - 2024 So if you have not seen my Martingale approach as an investment strategy specially in downturns, please do so [here](https://youtu.be/IuaOjgL3Wlo). About the ongoing phase. Its the phase of both time correction, and price correction. Prices corrects and then time correction happens for a while, again price corrects and the cycle continues. For Time correction: we keep patience. For Price correction: we either exit or average out for possible up move in near future. For both in a cycle: we panic, frustrate, can't have patience nor have money left to average out (or our will to invest fades away) and eventually lose interest and trust in market. 2 0 replies

There may be more downside from here than technical analysis might show... 1) Trump has said ceasefire will be stopped if Hamas doesn't return Israeli hostages by end of this Saturday. My personal prediction is Israel is going to do it's best to clear Gaza completely off Palestinians and annex it to itself with US support within the next 2 years before Trump has to fight midterm elections. There might be all out war this year in that area. 2) Indian markets as well as the markets we export steel to (ME, Europe, SEA) may get flooded by cheaper Chinese steel... 4 4 replies

OYO Reports Profits Again, But Still Pushing Hard to Sell Unlisted Shares – What’s Really Going On? OYO just reported another profit—this time in Q3 FY25 with ₹166 crore in net profit, a 6x jump from the previous year. Revenue is also up 31% to ₹1,695 crore. At the same time, they’re aggressively pushing their unlisted shares in the private market. This doesn’t make sense to me. If a company is doing well, why the rush to sell shares before the IPO? Here’s what I think might be happening: 1) Early Investors Want Out? SoftBank, Sequoia, and other early investors have been stuck for years due... 4 0 replies
Apollo Hospitals Shares Drop Despite Strong Q3 Performance. According to the article, Apollo Hospitals' share price fell due to **profit booking by investors** after the company reported strong Q3 FY25 results. Despite a **51.8% increase in profit** and a **13.9% rise in revenue**, investors chose to book profits, leading to a decline in the stock price. From a technical perspective, the stock has broken below both the **40-week EMA** and a **key trendline** that previously acted as support. To sustain its uptrend, Apollo Hospitals must close above these levels. **Failure to reclaim support could lead to further correction.** https://preview.redd.it/1x7241dz5iie1.png?width=1280&format=png&auto=webp&s=9badb247d68cf3b8b468977e3d174afd619b0d89 https://preview.redd.it/ne3tb8dz5iie1.png?width=1280&format=png&auto=webp&s=7315228051496d98bda20c1f37b5123da1e54457 what are your personal views. 4 0 replies
